Holiday Shipping
If your order is placed after 3pm EST the day before the holiday OR on one of the holiday dates listed below (see Shipping Options), it will be processed according to our normal shipping policies on the next regular business day.
Free Shipping & DVD
All orders of $50 and over qualify for FREE SHIPPING when shipped to a destination in the United States. Applies only to Standard Shipping option, and only to orders made on this website. Receive a FREE How-To DVD with the purchase of any CLONE A WILLY Kit.
APO/FPO Addresses
Only Standard Shipping available. These addresses are treated as US domestic addresses. Example:
Shipping Rates
To determine your particular shipping rate, you MUST:
• Have the product(s) you wish to purchase added to your shopping cart by checking the associated check-box
• Enter your complete SHIPPING INFORMATION
• Choose your SHIPPING OPTIONWe cannot determine your shipping rate without all of these. (We do not collect this data, strictly for shipping purposes).
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping - Orders will ship within 1-2 weeks of receipt via UPS Ground or US MAIL depending on your address. International shipments will ship via US AIR MAIL.
Rush Shipping - Orders will ship out the next business day via USPS Priority Mail (3 business days in transit). International items will ship the next business day via US Air Mail (typically 5-7 business days in transit to your country, although further delays may occur within the destination country).
Overnight Shipping - Orders received before 3:00pm EST will ship out the same day (assuming it's a business day) via UPS Next Day Air . Orders received after 3:00pm EST / 12:00pm PST will ship out the next business day via UPS Next Day Air . Next Day Shipping option is only available when shipping to a physical address within the U.S. PO Boxes and International orders do not qualify. No Saturday delivery.

Additional Information
The posted shipping time-frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties getting authorization.
There may be occasional delays beyond the posted order processing time. If your order is delayed beyond the posted shipping timeframe, we will send you an e-mail notifying you of this delay. If you wish to cancel during this time, you may do so by contacting our Customer Service Department.
Whenever possible, we will attempt to ship multiple items together to reduce shipping charges. Please see the item page to determine if this is possible for your order.
All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
C.O.D. orders are NOT accepted.
International Shipping
Ordered items may be shipped separately to expedite customs evaluation and passage.
